Where do you ship your wines?
We currently ship our handcrafted wines to most states within the U.S., subject to individual state laws regarding alcohol transportation. Please check our shipping map during checkout for availability in your region.
Do I need to be present to receive my wine delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day to ensure a successful first delivery attempt.
Can I return a bottle of wine if I don't like it?
While we cannot accept returns on opened bottles due to safety regulations, we stand by our quality. If your wine is corked or damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or credit.
Are your wines vegan-friendly?
Many of our wines are produced using vegan-friendly practices. However, since traditional fining agents can vary by vintage, we recommend checking the specific product description or contacting our sommelier team for details on a particular bottle.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
For optimal quality, store your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature (ideally 55°F). Keep bottles on their side to ensure the cork remains moist and provides an airtight seal.
